I attended a presentation on Saturday morning from the William Lyon Family about a proposed subdivision of a portion of their estate in Coto…It would involve 30 lots with a provision for 11 more at sometime in the future. The lots would be a minimum of 1 ac and would conform to the surrounding Woods and Forest lots. I suggested that they consider building semi-custom homes where they could build them all at once rather than stretching construction out over a period of years. Also they would maintain architectural control and insure a great looking development. More to come as I hear!!
